Are you looking for something for synthetic fiber carpet, or for rugs and upholstery Paul?

I've been using Red Vanish from VacAway for about 10 years. It works for me

I'm VLM now, but was using VacAway spotters even when I was HWE

On nylon you will need heat

Cobbs Red Dye Remover, Vacaway Red Vanish and ProsChoice are the 3 best that I have tried. All 3 are equal in my opinion. There the only ones that I feel confident in just spraying on the stain and leaving, no heat. And these 3 don't leave a soil attracting residue

What do you guys do for red stains that might be locked in due to the customers previous attempts?

I have had good results with Red Vanish from Vacaway. You can use it with heat for quick results or just give it time and maybe a second application.

I don't have good results with synthetic red stains. I use Red Zone from Bridgepoint. I think I need to cart around my wallpaper steamer and stop being lazy.

Red Stain removers are rarely needed today

Colored stains on Polyester Triexta usually pop right out without any problem

You just need it for nylon

Cobbs dye stain remover was probably the best I've ever used.

But I don't care anymore so red1 and dye loss is a customer problem for allowing red dye on the carpet.

I clean a ton of cut pile nylon,

Polys and olefins don't stain with red dyes for the most part.

That's why guy who make red stain remover saying spray it on and clean and the red comes out!

Only tested on an a poly carpet hahahahah
