Our numbers are down. I got my house painted and the painter said he's slow. I had siding repaired and they are slow. I got gutters replaced and they are slow.
Wall street doesn't represent the normal folk's economy. The recession starts with us. Thankfully I'm prepared for it. Trump has scared people and they aren't spending money.

My Son in Law is selling Hondas like crazy. I'm sure it for one reason. The only the slowing him down is getting them at times.

I'm only $400 ahead of last year at this time. The only difference is that I'm only staying booked 3 weeks out instead of 5 or 6. I think people are sitting at home listening to the media tell them that the sky is falling all day so they start to believe it.

As far as prices coming down. They probably won't. The inflation has already happened. The only thing that might come down are gas and eggs.

I can’t say I’ve ever seen vehicle prices drop. But I heard that Ford is trying to unload Mavericks dirt cheap because nobody wants them.

No reasonable person would assume things, and prices would change in 6 months..


Prices need to drop on most everything in order for cleaners and homeowners alike to spend a bit frivolously...


But unfortunately that may take a few years...

Interest drops , housing market takes off.

That generates a ton of work.

As long as the housing market remains stagnant, will be cleaning for repeats mostly.

I've gotten a few referrals from realtors, but it's way off from when things were moving.
