No, just bought a couple of brackets, bolts and some 10" wheels with bearings at the hardware store.
I drilled holes in the base to bolt the brackets on and used 3" bolts to attach the wheels.

I've found that using those black wheels leave tire marks on carpet if it's still damp from scampoo.
Probably a reason they use those grey compound tires that come with the machine.
