I can remember a long time ago we were strictly a carpet cleaning company - 10% commercial, 30% apartments and 60% residential. We wanted to diversify so we decided to join STOP or Service Team of Professionals. The very first thing Mack Clark told us to do is to is to dump all of our apartment cleaning. WOW was that scary. We did and it was the one of the best things we did in our 30+ years.
