Ill take um apart tonight and rig um to test. I should be able to ship um to you by Thursday or Friday. I wouldn't spend alot of time or energy figuring where to put um it'll come pretty natural once you get um. Pm me your phone number, ill give it to FedEx and you can deal with payment for shipping directly with them. I just bought a new 1/2 torque wrench from harbor freight yesterday i think the box it came in is a perfect size for these heat exchangers if so ill pack um and save you that much. If not FedEx will charge for packaging also. These heat exchangers are good to 550psi don't run um any higher. I was pushing um to 800 for my hose washer and thats how i kept blowing um. Because I had so many used but good bundles laying around i didn't bother taking the time to test um i just swapped out the hole thing and was back cleaning in an hour. When you get um remember when plumbing hot in to hot out meaning you soulition enters the same side of the exchangers that the coolant exits so the hot soulition exits the same side that the as the hottest coolant enters. If reversed you won't get the max heat out of them. You're welcome to use them as long as you need but I DO WANT THEM BACKSo Pete is willing to take it back, the way he's talking I'll definitely be waiting until November to get the PTO long tube style heat exchanger from him. Dwain I would happily and gratefully loan your tube style heat exchangers and pay for shipping and throw in a box of chocolates
BUT! What if I slap that thing on the floor behind my waste tank? I'd only have to relocate the transfer pump closer to the drivers seat on the other side of the blower exhaust. Seems like this may work really easily. Then I'd have a massive volume of hot water and no need to deal with Pete. What do you think?

With these you won't need a bleeder valve . The way there built theres no place for air to accumulate. The coolant goes thru the tubes and the soulition is flowing around them in the shellThe 2 fresh water lines and 1 of the coolant lines are located on 1 side of the heat exchanger, I would point that toward the driver seat. The 1 return coolant line on the opposite side sits highest on the heat exchanger. I would point that towards the rear and install a Y with a bleeder valve on it... Seems easy, functional, low enough to not interrupt the engine coolant system, and out of the way.
