Where Cleaners Come Together for a Cause!​

Mikey’s Fest is back — and this year, we’re taking over three Ronald McDonald Houses on the same street in Kansas City!
Each home presents new challenges, new learning opportunities, and a shared goal: to make a difference through the craft of cleaning.

This year’s event is proudly hosted by Steam Action International in their hometown. Together, we’ll combine education, service, and camaraderie into four unforgettable days that remind us why we love this trade.

Wednesday, March 11 — Meet & Greet Kickoff​

• Evening mixer at the host hotel
• Vendor booths and product demos
• Snacks, drinks, and great conversation with cleaners from all over the country
• The perfect warm-up before the work begins!

Thursday, March 12 — Classroom & Growth Day​

• Learn about the floors, fabrics, and furnishings inside the Ronald McDonald Houses from our House Leaders
• Industry updates and business-boosting insights from respected experts

Friday, March 13 — The Big Clean​

This is the heart of Mikey’s Fest.

• Hands-on cleaning of all three Ronald McDonald Houses
• Work alongside industry legends and top vendors
• Clean, restore, and protect every surface imaginable — carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, and resilient flooring
• Share laughs, learn tricks, and give back in the most rewarding way possible

Saturday, March 14 — Fun & Factory Tour​

• Exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Steam Action International’s manufacturing facility
• See how their industry-leading tools are built and tested
