I built my website a few years ago and it has worked well enough. I am moving to a new area in several months and want to have my website professionally rebuilt and launched when I arrive.

Has anyone here found an excellent website designer and builder they would recommend?

Thank you Frank! I am moving into a populated area and will go from having 250,000 potential customers within my service area to over 5 million potential customers within my service area. So exciting, so many possibilities!

Hand knock on those companies doors weekly.

Pop in pop out just say Hi and drop off a card { Just say I want to be your back up carpet cleaner}

you're just there to back that other company ]

And when they they do call???

Then you know what to do from there.,

Show up on time, do a good job!

The most IMPORTANT thing, process the paperwork very very quickly!!!

Great tips. Thanks Frank! I was thinking of putting together a list of realtors across the entire area too. I learned how to scrape data and use automation to organize it all into spreadsheets. I made lists of thousands of businesses with all of their publicly available contact info in my small area last year. I think I'll do this in the Boston area for just a few categories. I'll make property managers one of them.

Places like Funeral homes, venues, retreat centers, property managers, and realtors all sound desirable to me. Because I can work for them during business hours Monday through Friday. I'd like to avoid working for commercial customers that require me to work second shift and weekends...
