Thanks in advance for the help with this!

It's been really frustrating and I'm kind of out of guesses. I basically had pressure, but it was low and was told that it might be the regulator, so I swapped the regulator out.

After swapping out the regulator, I now all of a sudden have basically no pressure. I even attempted to put the old regulator back in and still no luck. I’ve cleaned out the solution screen, check valve, pressure, balance, orifice. Bypassed the front and middle heat exchanger straight back to the water tank on the low pressure side. I can verify that the pump seems to be pumping just fine if I pull the hose coming from the pump off the regulator manifold, I get a nice steady stream, and I can also prime the chemicals just fine.

There's plenty of water, and I'm hooked up to the house, so it's consistent, and so I know that's not a problem.

Any help is very much appreciated!! Total newb BTW. I bought a used legend GT and have been learning and fixing quite a bit. Not a well maintained machine at all unfortunately…

Does your truckmount use a regulator or an unloader?

And have you checked your pressure with the same hose? You might have a bad quick release on your hose

I had a factory regulator and am back to using it. I tried 2 vrt3 unloaders with the check valve removed and verified that i was connected in and out correctly.

I'm not even seeing pressure on my guage. Installed a brand new gauge. Also when i pull the hose on the out port of the regulator, I get no water on that side. The lo pressure side. I can turn the pressure regulator up and down without change.
Is the pump clutch engaging? Does the pressure gauge show water pressure? how much?
Yes, I get a steady stream of water with seemingly good pulsing pressure shoots out about 12 feet from hose end when I pull the hose coming from the pump off the regulator manifold. While the hose is off, I can turn the clutch on and off and it turns the stream on and off.

Then you have to two filters to check

Thanks for all the responses and help! I figured it out. I had my guy check the pump diaphragm and he didn't tighten it enough. It had just enough to lie and push out water good until it was under any resistance and then it would just barely do anything. Tightened it down and it's running great! On the plus side, I learned a TON and feel very comfortable fixing anything.
